I did have to put my dog, Benji, asleep (she was 20 years old, blind, mostly deaf, incontinent, constantly falling down the stairs). Dr. Wilcox was very professional and very understanding. He allowed for me to stay in the room with my dog and grieve until I was ready to give her up. I appreciated their sympathy at that time.

We would like to extent our heartfelt appreciation for the persistence and dedication the Dewitt Animal Hospital put forth in finding a home for a once believed hopeless stray cat so affectionately named, Bubba. When we received the phone call to inform us of his adoption it truly restored our faith that people do exist who can make a difference in the seemingly lonely and dangerous life of a feral cat. We applaud your perseverance and commitment to this wonderful animal and to the animals you serve within our community.

Dewitt Animal Hospital is a great place to get veterinary care. They also have pets for adoption. The staff are helpful and caring people. I highly recommend Dewitt Animal Hospital.

For over 35 years our pets - three cats and five dogs - have benefited from the fine health care provided by the veterinarians and staff at DeWitt Animal Hospital. We appreciate the fact that they are seen in a timely fashion and that the staff is very co-operative in providing needed treatment, referrals, medication, and health records. It is also gratifying to know that much effort goes into placing so many homeless animals in adoptive homes.

We've been taking our pets to Dewitt AH for over 35 years; primarily cats. We've been faced with some serious medical issues during that time including 2 cats that had cancer and another with chronic kidney disease. Dr. Wilcox and his staff have and continue to provide excellent care for our pets. You can tell that everyone likes working there and they are genuinely concerned about our pet's health and well being. The hospital is one of the older ones in Syracuse and may not be as "pretty" as some but don't let that deter you. There are several vet hospitals that are much closer to where we live but we still go to Dewitt to have them take care of our pets.

I am happy with Dr. Wilcox. I have been bringing my pets to this office myself for over 15 years and previous pets of my parents. Although this office is not close to my home, I am happy with Dr. Wilcox and the services provided and hope in an emergency situation I can receive the help I may need.

Always had the best care. I have always appreciated the excellent services and staff at this hospital. My animals have always had the best care possible. The staff have gone above and beyond what is expected. They always treated me and my family with professionalism, kindness and respect. The waiting room and treatment rooms are neat and clean. The grounds and parking area are well cared for.

The Dewitt Animal Hospital is a very friendly. The Dewitt Animal Hospital is a very friendly and welcoming place. The staff is very friendly and respectful. My pet feels safe and at-ease when he is there. My pet is usually uncomfortable when away, but he has become very comfortable with the staff. The Dewitt Animal Hospital always seems to have mine and my pet's best interest at mind.
