Outstanding staff now, I think it is under new managers. They do tastings every Friday and Saturday on a variety of wines and spirits. There are weekly seminars that are free on a different subject that me and my friends went to and had a blast; they are Thursday nights for about an hour and a half. There are many employees who know their stuff about wine and if they don't they will get someone who does. I think the best thing about the store "besides the low prices" is they will special order anything they don't carry for you. Big difference from the liquor store I used to shop at in Syracuse.

Abusive To The Disabled. The girl on the phone was very rude when I explained I was disabled and wanted information.

Some people just can't breeze in look, but they treat those of us that can't like beggars.

UNWILLING TO HELP A CUSTOMER IN NEED. I called Liquor City to give me a quote over the phone since I am in a wheelchair and have to plan my trips carefully and I wanted to know if it was going to be worth my trip. I was going to buy my boyfriend a bottle of Bacardi Limon for his birthday - The girl on the phone was rude and acted like it was going to be a hassle for her to help me.

Do not believe that they are a friendly staff um... well if your not handicapped they might be.

If it is true that Wegmans has affiliations with them then they would be ashamed to know how they treated me.

Wegman's would NEVER DO THIS TO ANYONE!

If I could put 0 stars I would.

great selections, helpful service staff, good prices. Have shopped at Liquor City for years, they are always helpful, have a wonderful selection, and super friendly staff.

A note on location -- if you have not been there, the map is incorrect -- it is in Wegmans plaza on rte 5 in Dewitt.

Always a wonderful experience @ Liquor City. When Liquor City moved to the Wegmans Dewitt Plaza I was really disappointed, I felt the other location was a better one for me. But recently I have been attending the Thursday evening Wine Tasting Classes in the beautifully appointed Wine Tasting Room and I will say that I just LOVE the new expanded place!

I've attended 6 wine tasting events this summer with a neighbor and we have had a great time. These are fabulous events Liquor City offers......we get to taste and savor the hundreds of wines they carry and then when we like we buy! And we have liked so many!!!! So it's mutually beneficial I'm sure.

If you get a chance, I would totally recommend their wine tasting classes, we've learned so much! We have found that fellow wine tasters are some of the nicest people in the world!

The staff is extremely knowledgeable and always aiming to please!

Best Prices Around Syracuse, BIG selection!. This place is right on the Blvd. and it has a great selection of wines and liquors for any consumer. The prices are unbeatable--well less then any other liquor stores in the area I have been to. They have really nice gift sets for Christmas too! I go there at least once a week and buy for all my partys and entertaining there as well.
