I think they're great. I have to disagree with previous reviews of the receptionist at Kavanaugh & Marshall. I think she is a wonderful receptionist with a great sense or humor. I've asked a lot of her over the years and she is always helpful without complaint. Perhaps what is seen as gruff is just a difference in personality.

Ditto .... Dr. Marshall is great..receptionist very gruff. I've been going for years as well and HATE dealing with the receptionist....

Great Doctors, horrible staff. I tried to keep going to this doctor because they were great but, I got sick and tired of dealing with the grouchy, judgemental woman behind the front desk every time I went.
