Unprofessional. This office employs the most incompetant unprofessional women I have ever had to experience!. Jeff is great, I have been with him as an agent for over 20 years, but the girls that hehires are more concerned with their outfit for the day than they are their customers. I called to ask for their fax number and they give me their phone number. They issue me temporary cards with the wrong last name so I have to ask again. Let's employ some professionals!

Outstanding Customer Service! The office is a pleasure to work with! Very Caring!. The Dukat State Farm Agency helped me with my accident claim and they were so concerned about my accident. I felt as if I was there only customer! I have recommended their office to all of my friends and relatives. The rates are great and the service incredible! I will never leave State Farm or the Dukat Agency!
