GLUTEN FREE FRIENDLY!. I LOOOVE China Pavilion... I haven't had egg foo young (gravy and all!) that didn't cause me stomach issues in SUCH a long time...

They can do almost their entire menu gluten free... and it doesn't stop at plain rice dishes, they can do all the sauces too. Hello lobster sauce and soy sauce, how I've missed you!

They are true food chemists... tweaking the recipe hear and there to accommodate a heart-breaking lifestyle of no more Italian dishes, baked goods, Big Macs, beer, etc. Thank you!
