Worst customer service on planet earth. I hope this place burns to the ground. I came here expecting a good haircut, and I was willing to wait. There were 3 people there giving cuts, so I signed my name and they said it would be 15 minutes. I sat and waited there for an hour, watching the only three girls working constantly go on breaks for an extended period of time. Their only excuse was that they were one employee short, but that in no way makes over 4x the predicted waiting time acceptable. I was "budged" by two other people even after being told that I was next more than once. After about an hour and a half I put my 2 cents in to the staff and left. Never going there again.

Good color service. I would get my hair colored here again. The stylist did a very good job with it...however, I would not get my hair cut here again. I did not like the cut, it is much too short. I am giving the review 3 stars, because I may not have been clear enough in my request for length. The price was what I expected ($85 for full color, 7 foils, cut, shampoo, and style). The stylist was pleasant, all of them seemed to be. The only drawback was the length of the cut.

Professional, clean. This is where I go, usually once a month unless I don't have time or I am not in the area. I have had several different girls cut or highlight my hair here, and every time I have been impressed. the prices are good. The atmosphere is great. One thing I noticed is it doesn't smell like chemicals as much as most other places.
